Bruh, ‘I’ got a copy of Skyrim I still play on my PS4. Until Bethesda cranks out Elder Scrolls 6 (my personal pick: Black Marsh), people will play it till 2020.
It’s the legendary edition to boot. And previously they were playing Saint’s Row 4 which came out in 2013. They also have iPhones, or at least something very much like them. Gen 1 came out in 2007. I believe when this comic started I had a flip phone. I think Taryn’s cars have been anachronisms too.
So it started this year and we are just now catching up? or time moves differently there? Or the more logical- it’s a different universe some things happened at different points?

Wait.
The comic started in 2004, and it’s only been a couple(?) of months in-universe. But Cait is playing Skyrim, which came out in 2011.
…what year is this?!

I feel like Adam’s chuckling at Cait’s ironic secondary power given the name of that games one. XD
