I love the irony of Adam always calling Cyril a dork when’s he’s almost no better. He’s just better looking and not as creepy.
I think the more key difference between them, is ADAM want’s to respect the fact Cait feels insecure about her pregnancy, and doesn’t want his own fetish for it run what choices he makes, Cyril, on the other hand, is the complete opposite.
