  1. Any reference to Portal 2 is purely coincidental .. 🙂 right ?

  2. Didn’t expect a Portal reference! Yay!

    1. #notallheroswearcapes lol

  4. I’ve read this comic for a looooong time and I really enjoy it. But I have a couple of questions and this. Will you ever show the girls acknowledging their babies, like feeling them kick or move? They acknowledge that they’re pregnant/”fat” — and they look great, drawn very well — but they don’t really act like mothers-to-be (except maybe Dani, a little).

It’s true that they’re teens, have powers and they’re dealing with a lot, but pregnant teens still talk to/pay attention to their unborn children, etc. It would be nice to see our heroines’ feelings towards their own children. Thoughts on this?

    1. Agreed. There was an obvious kick in a panel two pages ago and Taryn didn’t even flinch

      1. Definitely! It’s something that’s only been briefly acknowledged earlier when Dani and Cat discussed the fact that after their children are born (whenever that happens), there will still be creatures coming after them, and it’s likely their new children won’t know how to use their powers like their mothers did. This worries Dani as she considers the possibility that she won’t be able to protect, let alone raise, her child. However, this lasted the extent of perhaps two pages, if that. So, when are they going to talk about the elephant in the room?

I love this comic, and I think something like this, eventually will be needed, if anything, to further the already building character development. This comic has come a long way, and I’d like to see it thrive.

        1. Well, the comic has been going since 2004, and Cat and Adam JUST got together finally.

We’ll get to the important conversations like that in probably another 14 years.

  5. I don’t know about you guy’s, but weaponized fruit sounds horrifying and amazing to me. XD
