Welcome to the story and I’ll just give you some straight answers to catch you up. At least as much as has been revealed straight answers.

1) Yes to them assuming that though he does explain that it wasn’t him.

2) Going to the doctor, there’s the worry of being considered crazy saying they just woke up that way.

3) Pan (aka Peter Banning) has some magic going on that just sort of makes people gloss over the pregnancy or just believe whatever story (that it’s a teen pregnancy awareness project) stick.

Basically the answer to most absurdity in the comic is ‘it’s magic’

Why did none of them think to go to a doctor? Wouldn’t a person woh lives with the girl be as shocked to see such a big belly for no apparent reason? (usually it takes months for a girl to get that big, right?)
