But Taryn’s criticism of Cyril is also valid. He ran until he was sure *he* was safe. That last bit is the important one. He didn’t do anything useful like go find Kasume. We expect Adam would have kept it together enough for that. He might have even stood his ground and died fighting. He certainly would have come back after Taryn with Kasume.

That said, has Adam ever had to deal with a monster without one of the girls present? I don’t think so.
