In reply to Terranovan. Honestly, do you REALLY think he'll stay in jail for more then a day? I can literally think of 10 different ways he'll get out, usually involving leaving behind something of the wardens belongings in his cell. XD

Working from an admittedly layman's knowledge of law here (I saw it on a couple episodes of Law & Order, and looked up some definitions online just now), Coyote seems to be profoundly guilty of contempt of court - specifically, criminal contempt. According to the dictionary I found , it "involves behavior that assaults the dignity of the court or impairs the ability of the court to conduct its work." - which seems to be Coyote's ambition here. Might the judge try to order Coyote jailed? :-D

They’re going for felony assault which has an intent of violence. That was discussed….here http://www.olympicdames.com/?comic=08-06-2017 briefly anyway. It’s kind of typical in a lot of cases where the prosecution gambles on a bigger charge when they could have settled on a lesser one. Probably someone with an agenda?

yes because even though the judge has been told that he wasnt hit multiple times, he still thinks thats gonna fly
