I’ve been told about it since my original post. I’ve never seen that comic. This bit with Coyote had been planned out since very early in the comic, like 2007 or 2008. My notes aren’t labeled.

Gunnercrigg Court is a webcomic that has been going on for a while. It’s a fictional research center in an alternate-earth UK where magic and something like mutant powers exist. It’s also a boarding school for their kids. The comic follows the lives of some of the kids.

Nearby is The Forest which is run by an acid-trippy Coyote. Here’s one of Coyote’s first appearances. later ones get a lot weirder.
