i didn’t expect the wall, really, but it looks like she’s got it hooked up to the lockers on (her) left, and trying to attach it to the lockers on her right- but the banner itself looks like it’s already touching the lockers on her right…
*stares at it for a bit*

might be mostly a case of all-these-lines-line-up that throws off how i’m seeing it.

I think they did that at ours too. Which was odd because they had just added a new high school in town so there were less students. I guess they needed more money to pay off the new stadium they built as well.

All upper classmen got them, then if any were left over, it was first come, first serve. Luckily, I was in the band (filled with oh-so-wise upper classmen) and we had Zero Period… at 6:30am. So I claimed a free locker fast by clapping a lock on it before band, then “requested” that locker long before school even started. By my Senior year, the school had the “brilliant” idea of making freshmen PAY if they wanted a locker. I got smart, got my privileged locker, and since I was only taking two classes my Senior year and had a light bag, I “rented” the locker to a fellow band member freshman for half the price. So he got a locker in a good location and I got a new CD player. ^_^
