Kasumi and Taryn have temporarily transferred their fetuses into Caitlyn, which is why her belly has been bigger for the past several dozen or so pages. This is one of the powers Cait has.

Maybe I read too many other comics: my remembrance of older episodes has become foggy.
I know that these pregnancies are not realistic, since they all seemed to be 7 to 8 months pregnant from day 1, and while it is difficult to judge the in story duration, it seems to me that it has been incredibly long. My quick search did not give any useful information, so I was hoping for a useful pointer to the episode explaining these changes.
