To be fair: sense when do the gods have to obey the rules of biology?
Especially given the girls went from 0 to 9 months pregnant within the span of a one night.

I mean, yeah. A quick look at Wikipedia would tell you that in some stories, Hera made Hephaestus and/or Ares on her own or that Poseidon and one of his male lovers made a kid through sheer power of requited love.

It wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility for them, sure. But I think the main thing is that the people making the comic just didn’t want to, which is ultimately up to them. Their story and all that.

(Surprised that justification for Dionysus wasn’t the whole god of madness thing though in hindsight.)

My theory is that Dani’s baby daddy is Apollo since he and Athena are pretty much the patron god of the same thing; knowledge/wisdom. This goes back to the previous page where Dani was talking about Athena and mind powers.
