To me, since I write this part and most of the other parts with cat and her brother, he’s a lot more resistant to it. If it was a normal situation he’d be mad at her (“For letting it happen again”) and he’s a little creeped out by pregnant women as seen by his resistance to Myria. So he’s kinda internally battling “this ain’t right” with “ugh gross”, “Goddamn it Cat,” and magical suggestion.

Where Dani’s mom would be disappointed, but accepting. And she DOES see it. She just doesn’t make a big deal because it’s like she’s seen it for 9 months.

Since there’s no set due date it’s kinda like she’s reliving the same day over and over.

Everything else I was going to say it said in the next few pages and I should stop explaining things that you will read.

Okay, so I’m a little confused. Does her brother think she’s really pregnant? And if he does, why isn’t he freaked out that she woke up nine months pregnant? Or does he know that she’s pregnant with baby Ares? I assumed he thought it was a school project like everyone else.

Aww, her brother is so sweet for preparing for the baby’s arrival! I bet they need blueberry muffin mix. Strangely, this is the first time I’m really starting to wonder if/when the babies will hatch.

Also, product placement? Copy-paste or sponsor? I go with a copy-paste guess.
