Heck wouldn’t surprise me either if this Loki has some magic up his non-existent sleeve, he just doesn’t want to use it unless either their in mortal danger, or some key moment that’ll grant him more control over her.

It’s not that kind of telepathy. He can speak with her mentally, she can speak back, but he can’t pull info out of her that she doesn’t volutarily share. The other thing is, even if he does know, one of Loki’s big problems seen through the mythology is that he’s always, ALWAYS stirring up problems for everyone around him. Loki be Loki.

So shouldn’t you have a little info on the nature of their relationship. Instilling doubt in someone you *need* to complete your mission is the best way to fail as the crushing paranoia and loneliness will distract them from their focus.
