Depends on the type of dress. Taryn’s is probably plus sized to some degree, plus stretchy, some of the ones they will try on they don’t close at all, or they’re high wasted with a poofy bottom so they fit over.

These are essentially the show models and if they find one they like they can have them tailored. That’s why the Dress lady here has a clip she puts on the back of Taryn’s dress to hold it shut since the top is too big to actually fit her right.

Are they trying on dresses made for bigger girls? Taryn gave that tailor a heads up so she rattled off some designs for the girls? Teenage pregnancy a large enough problem that dressmakers have a reason to make them?
