Likely she picked up on Adam’s surface thoughts (which, to be fair, were probably loud and poorly guarded), and then Loki being the sort to seize an opportunity would have pointed out an inconvenient truth, and by the last panel Cait can see he is right.

Okay, the size she becomes with this power is very inconsistent…I mean it took her absorbing 3 babies to get to this size previously, but here it only took 2…does it relate to the power, if so how big would she become now if she took in those 3 babies again
