I’m honestly not to surprised he doesn’t know much about the magic used in the impregnation process, frankly it’s been clear long ago all he was is a pretty {goat} face for the start and just a helper/butler for the girls for the rest of it.
An interesting option is to not pull, but push. Marvel Comics reset Loki to kid status and gave him a fresh start. Reset Loki to the mind as well as body of a 28 to 30 – week fetus.
