I’m sure there’s some sort of catch, but at the same time it wouldn’t surprised me to much that someone like Loki, or Pan or other like-minded beings have stuff stored away like money, preserved goods, ‘bunkers’ ext., in case of having a physical form or needing, well, a moment like this.
